MEET JAIME

Jaime Foster is a mother, wife, and public health researcher serving Ellington, East Windsor, and, after redistricting, Vernon as state representative. Jaime, who holds a PhD in Nutritional Sciences from UCONN, works as a researcher for the Yale-Griffin Prevention Research Center. Prior to her election in 2020, Jaime served her community on the Ellington Human Services Commission, the Ellington Board of Education, and Connecticut’s Milk Promotion Board, and continues to serve as a member of the Ellington Farmers’ Market Board of Directors.

 

In Hartford, Jaime has put her considerable expertise to work for her constituents on the Public Health, Energy & Technology, and Children's Committees. She established herself as one of the most successful freshman representatives in recent history by delivering on her campaign promises to the agricultural community, seniors, families, and small businesses.
